I just got the following text "I am no longer working with Mrs. Wishe, I have had it. I want my check for my work and I want no part of her file the portfolio will be sent to you this evening and I expect full pay from her\you." What happened now? I really can't do this type of issue right now. Can you provide some clarity?

I have no idea, like, at all. Makayla got mad at me because I asked her not to make negative comments on my statuses (everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I enforce a positive space on my page, which is my right, just as her posting whatever she wants and deciding what kind of comment she wants to get is her right). She said she received some kind of email from me and I was about to ask her what email but she blocked me.

So please be aware, I will take you to court over the issue. If you have no income how do you have a phone or I saw a screen shot asking for a hotel to go to. How do you have payment for that?

My father owns and pays for the phone. The plan is under his name.

Well, you need to pay within 10 days or have legal action pressed. We have had similar cases where people don't want to pay what has to be. They get jail time\warrants and a penalty on to of how much is owed. The courts add interest.
Well then ask your parents to pay the debt.

Oh, I don't "ask my parents" for anything. I'm an adult. They do what they want for me out of the goodness of their hearts. Familiy values, you know.
But do not fret. Regardless of what my barrister-- er, perhaps you would say lawyer-- will say, I'm certain God will work everything out.

Well she uses the lawyers that the company has so she has a great legal team. Be aware you have to pay, I don't care how you pay, If I get stuck paying your fee until the courts happen I will take you to court as well.

I am not emotional as I am upset that more likely than not I will have to pay your fee and then pay court fees to personally take you to court myself.

"Upset" is an emotion, deary. You have said libelous things about my lawyers that came from no provocation, and it is you who contacted me. I do believe that these courts you speak of would find in my favour.
As for payment, I prefer to deal in cash. Any business of repute has a PO box, surely you do as well?

"Michael" is her maiden name, and the way it would work is I would send it to the PO box and it would be redirected to the appropriate employee.
